In view of the epidemiological situation that Portugal is experiencing and, in an attempt, to minimize its effects the Portuguese Tax Authorities have adopted the following tax measures in relation to VAT:
- The periodic VAT monthly returns, to be filed in November and December 2021, may be submitted until the 20th of each month, and payment may be done until the 25th of each month.
- The periodic VAT quarterly return to be filed in November 2021, may be submitted until the 20th of that month and payment may be made until the 25th of the same month.
