António Dias da Silva joined VCA in June 2026 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Real Estate Departments. He advises clients on a range of matters spanning corporate law, real estate transactions and investment structures.
Before joining VCA, António spent close to three years at Insula Capital, SGOIC, S.A., as Legal Manager, with a particular focus on the structuring and management of real estate investment operations — including asset and share deal processes — and providing legal support to the management of collective investment organisms and venture capital funds.
Earlier in his career, he completed his professional traineeship at Antas da Cunha ECIJA, gaining experience across Real Estate and Urban Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Banking Litigation, Tax Law, Criminal Law, Compliance, and Corporate Law. He also completed a summer internship at Abreu Advogados in Finance, Intellectual Property and Information Technologies.
António holds a Law degree from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa and post-graduations in Sports Law (Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa) and Personal Data Protection Law (NOVA School of Law). He is a member of the Associação Portuguesa do Direito Desportivo (APDD) and has a particular interest in the intersection of law and sport.
