Gabriel Meirelles joined VCA in July 2026 as a Jurist in the Immigration Department. He supports clients throughout immigration procedures, from NIF applications and certifications to visa processes and residence permit renewals.
Gabriel previously joined VCA for a summer internship in 2025, gaining hands-on experience with NIF and certification procedures, visa application forms, VFS appointment scheduling, and support with residence permit renewals. He is currently completing his Law degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and spent a semester on an Erasmus exchange at the University of Bialystok, in Poland.
In September 2026, Gabriel starts his Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences in September, further building on his academic path in Law alongside his work in Immigration.
