Isabelle Aguiar joined VCA in March 2026 and is part of the firm’s Immigration department, where she supports the team in managing visa applications, including Golden Visa processes.
She holds a Law Degree from the Federal University of Pelotas (Brazil) and is currently completing a Master’s in Civil Law Practice at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with a focus on civil liability. Isabelle is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since 2022.
With over four years of professional experience in both Brazil and Portugal, she has worked across public and private sectors, developing strong expertise in legal research, drafting, case management, and client communication. More recently, she gained direct experience in immigration matters, overseeing the full lifecycle of visa applications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining close client follow-up.
Her background combines technical rigour with an organised and pragmatic approach, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of the Immigration team.
