Rafaela dos Santos Silva joined VCA in February 2026 and provides legal and administrative support in the Immigration department, with a particular focus on advising clients on Golden Visa processes.
Rafaela has a law degree from Nova School of Law and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Social and Innovation Law, specialising in Labour Law, Children and Family Law, and Humanitarian Law.
She complemented her education by attending a postgraduate course in Labour Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. Before joining VCA, Rafaela worked in the human resources department of the Lisbon City Council and completed her curricular internship at the Almada Labour Court.
