Vanda Carreiro has a degree in Applied Languages and Translation and has almost 20 years of professional experience in translation and interpreting.
She joined VCA in July 2018, when she took on a central role in setting up and running the Immigration Department. She currently leads the team responsible for the final stages of Golden Visa applications, making sure clients get close support throughout the whole process.
Recognised for her strong oral and written communication skills, Vanda is the main point of contact with clients daily: she keeps them constantly informed, manages expectations clearly, and coordinates all logistics associated with scheduling and travel, including in-person support whenever necessary.
She also stands out for her strong coordination and leadership skills, ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and clients, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality of execution. She manages priorities effectively, distributes tasks in a structured manner, and closely monitors the progress of each process, promoting an organised, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
Vanda also stands out for the attention and care with which she monitors each case, always seeking to anticipate needs, reduce the anxiety inherent in the process, and find practical solutions so that the customer’s experience is smooth and the results are the best possible.
